As the second son of a well loved king, his life was generally pretty good, as he reaped all the benefits of being royalty, without being expected to take on any of the responsibility. They say fate works in mysterious ways. From my experience, fate likes to drop fifty pound bags of hammers on your head while screaming in your ears with a megaphone. I never expected that soon after I started my pokemon journey, I'd run into an organization that wanted to separate humans and pokemon, nor did I expect to run into this creepy but cute guy who could supposedly talk to pokemon. I further did not expect that not only would I keep running into this guy throughout my journey, but I'd also end up being the one to stop his father's ambitions and reveal said father's douchebag ways, breaking aforementioned creepy but cute guy's spirit in the process.
